My brother, Mario A. Pita, shot some truly eloquent photos one day of Occupy Boston.
It’s January now and the tents are gone, for the time being, and yet there are still some twenty or more tents up in Washington D.C., according to my husband, who walked by the protestors on his way to the Smithsonian the other day. He said they looked cold. 2012 isn’t about the end of the world, it’s about the birth of a new world as humanity lays the foundations of a compassionate, creative and sustainable path directly opposed to the dead end road of greed, fear and destruction.
